Adding a Student

To add a student

  • Log in with your username and password.
  • Click on the Student access control button at the left hand corner of the User interface.
  • Click on new student from the drop down menu that appears.
  • Fill in the personal information of the Student.
  • Select the appropriate information in the Class Information section from the drop down menu.
  • Click on Submit to submit the information. You have added a new student.

Note: You can view all the students by clicking on All Student button and view their information by clicking on the View link at the far right corner of the page.


The student’s Information can be printed also by clicking on the Print button.
Students can be viewed and sorted by classroom (class, term, arm and academic session).
