Adding or Editing a subject

To add or edit subject

  • To add a new subject, click on the Subject control button.
  • Select Add New to add a new subject.
  • On the add new subject page that appears, input the subject and the description.
  • Select the particular class.
  • Click on the Submit button to submit your entry.

  • To edit, Click on the Subject Manager on the access control area.
  • Click on Manage subject to populate the subjects.
  • Click on the Edit link in the Actions column to edit.
  • Make your changes and Click on Submit to save your changes.

To assign a subject to a Teacher

  • Click on the Subject Manager on the access control area.
  • Click on Manage Class Teacher to assign a subject to a teacher.
  • Select the Staff, Subject, Arm and My Class.
  • Click on the Submit button to save your entry.
